Bookings & Cancellation/Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions:

All bookings must be made well in advance so that all arrangements like Hotel reservations, Transport, Logistics arrangements etc. can be made. On booking and payment of advance, we shall send you document confirming the services.

  • Once you finalize a package and book with us, we require 60% of the cost of the package as Advance and Balance 40% before 90 days prior to the scheduled date of commencement of the tour (DCT). For flight bookings, 100% advance is required.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective from the date on which we receive your communication for cancellation.
  • The following cancellation charges will apply: (shown as percentage of total package price. DCT means scheduled date of commencement of the Tour.)

61 days from DCT – 100%

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. However, occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time, before or after the commencement of the tour. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date and time. Also, In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and wellbeing of our esteemed guests.

We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather); we shall try to offer alternative dates or facilities for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. Additional cost, if any, is to be borne by you. If the tour has already commenced, we shall try to make best alternative arrangements but it may not always be possible. No refund is payable.

If you want to change your holiday plan after confirmation of services or if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

Please note that no rooms have been blocked and the same would be done on your confirmation and payment of advance amount, subject to availability of room.

We may also use the information for the purposes which are evident from the circumstances and about which we inform you.

The said data is neither distributed nor shared for the purposes other than strictly for the business actions and communication required in relation to the services that we offer. The data is stored in the most secured manner and is handled by the personnel authorized to handle the same.

We reserve the right to review, modify or alter the privacy policy to achieve better effectiveness.
